And this is no longer about finding one big blunder to put on a campaign commercial. It's about using video and (free) technologies like YouTube to build narratives about opponents, using their own words, at their own events.

Build narratives?  In other words, if your ideas and political philosophy are so lacking that you cannot win elections, then use video cameras, creative editing and You Tube to make a straw man out of your opponent.   Trust in the shallow thinking of our sound bite culture and go for it.

Who knows, you might get lucky and have a "macaca" moment and create a race out of thin air.  Just ask Jim Webb.

I love the subtitle of this article ... "Evolutionists Afraid Creation Museum Exposes Their Soft Underbelly"

Anyone want to yap about the privately funded $27 million state of the art creation museum opening this week in Kentucky?

My initial thought was ... man, AIG sure does a good job of fund raising.  $27 million!  That is flat out impressive.

My second thought was ... why are atheist scientists giving this museum so much attention and free publicity by circulating petitions and drawing attention to a privately funded effort?

What were your initial thoughts?

Immigration is simply not one of those political issues that blows my hair back.  Start talking about judicial activism or battling against jihadism or defending life and my hair starts blowing around.

Illegal immigration, however, is red hot in the b'sphere ... so what is to be said?

Rest easy.  Don't lose sleep.  It appears Iowa State does not discriminate against the worldviews of its professors ... as long as they possess the correct worldview.

Dr. Guillermo Gonzalez of Iowa State is a rock star in the field of astronomy.  Published in numerous peer-reviewed journals, co-author of an astronomy textbook published by Cambridge University, nominated for an award for outstanding research, scientific work cited in 1500 other scientific articles, ground breaking work in Galatic Habitable Zones and on and on...

But ... it was not good enough for tenure at Iowa State.  Why?  Because of bias.  Blatant bias.  The bias was admitted.  This is disgusting and unjust.
