Hobo Riddle: 6 -- he can make 5 cigars from the 25 butts he finds, and then one more from the butts that remain from those five. (If one wanted to be super nit-picky, one could argue 6.2, but I assume the question wants whole cigars.)
Lady Riddle: "Mom," unless they live in San Francisco or Massachusetts. :)
Word Riddle: Queue. However, you only scored 50% on the "correct usage of 'its'" test. :)

1. Hobo riddle: 25 cigar butts = 5 cigars that he can smoke, which turns into 5 cigar butts, that he can make into 1 more cigar. Total - 6?
2. His mom?
3. Queue (I stated with A, this one took a while.)

Excellent sleuthing. Hat tip to the grammar police for finding the "it's" mistake ;)

"6" - Yep, I get it. But I think 4.8 is still a technically correct answer.
