The cryptographers held an ent moot last night in my basement to explore 300 years of history.  What we discovered is the recurrent theme of redemption.  Even those second and third century heretics, Marcion,  Montanus, and Arius, were used by God redemptively.

Calling all cryptographers and Da Vinci Code breakers!  Ent moot at my house tonight.  Seven o'clock.

The agenda?  Three hundred years of church history in 90 minutes minutes.  Come prepared to learn about what Christians believed in the first, second, third and early fourth century.  I will use powerpoint to give a guided tour of the dawn of Christianity.  The best antidote for Dan Brown's historical revisionism is to let history speak for itself.

Twelve of us gathered at the house last night.  No, it was not the last supper.  It was the first meeting of the group known as The Cryptographers.
