I am going to miss seeing this jump shot. I can't believe four years came and went so fast. Congratulations to JJ Redick on a great ACC tournament and a story book college career. All he lacks is one thing : the NCAA tournament championship. I like Duke's regional. I think North Carolina will have a tougher time.
On a side note, I sat with some of JJ's Duke friends on my flight to California out of Durham this past Friday. They assured me that he was an ordinary humble guy. I asked them what JJ was majoring in. Nobody knew. But the girl sitting next to me knew some important JJ information : who he was dating, and that he was homeschooled in Roanoke.
All I know is I am going to miss seeing those long 3 pointers and that picture perfect jump shot. Four years of watching JJ went way too fast.
Duke must go down. Go Bucks!

All I can say is... My history teacher let us out for the last four minutes of the last Duke game. :P We snuck into the AV room and watched it on the bad connection. But we watched it non the less!
Cave Spring is a big JJ fan too. They'll miss seeing him out on the floor as well.

Mostly I just happened to catch the end of the game and couldn't pass up an opportunity to bust chops! Although LSU Law School offered me a teaching job a couple of years ago, and even though I didn't take it, it gives me some warm fuzzies about the place.

Although I must in all candor admit that I root for SEC teams regardless of the opponent, I feel your pain. My beloved-and-only-recently-worth-following U.T. Volunteers were eliminated last week. I also recall my anguish of the last election. So, chin up, lad! There's always next year...
