NewsMax has released their Top 10 Colleges For American Values.
"With that in mind, we have delved into "Choosing the Right College" to find the best schools for conservatives ¯ campuses where a core curriculum requires a rigorous exposure to the great thinkers who have shaped our political, religious and cultural heritage, and where the atmosphere for learning is nurtured by genuine intellectual freedom, tolerance and tradition."
Wheaton College made it. Grove City College made it ... and they are associated with the Presbyterian Church USA (the liberal Presbyterians). Where is Covenant College? What up with that?!
And Baylor is there? The happy home for nominal Baptists? :-)
Gordon didn't make it either, but as usual, that's because those snobs over at Wheaton took the "broad-based evangelical" slot.

Baylor surprised me too.
I am sick and tired of Wheaton getting all the good press ... Covenant and Gordon need to get on the stick.

This just in: Gordon Ranked among top 160 liberal arts colleges in the nation. Funny how just about every little college finds something in the US News rankings to put on its website. When I went to law school at Seton Hall, for example, it was considered "the best Catholic law school in Newark, NJ." And the only one.
